The cultural center is part of the development of the CRC site.  The building would be handover to the government after completion.  The building is seperated into two boxes according to its function - gallery and theater.  The forms enclosing the courtyard in between to continue the visual corridor of financial valley at the CRC site.

U-glass and stone are used for the facade to create a simple, clean and timeless appearance of the cultural center.
